This displays professional training software on large screens to provide a fully interactive experience. Visitors can take the helm on a variety of vessels to experience virtual extremes without getting their feet wet, from flat calm through to hurricane force 12.

BAR was conceived in 2011 by four times Olympic gold medalist and 34th America’s Cup winner, Sir Ben Ainslie, with the long-term aim of challenging for Britain and bringing the America’s Cup back to where the event began in 1851.

The attendance of Ben and the British Challenger team for the 35th America’s Cup will reinforce the London Boat Show as an event ‘where adventure starts, pioneers meet and innovation shines’.
